Meet the Founder
Aisling O’Toole
Aisling’s love of baking began with her childhood where she spent many day’s in the kitchen with her late mother Gobnait. In 2021 Aisling won the National brown bread baking championship which saw her bread stocked in Aldi nationwide from December 2021 to December 2022. Family is at the heart of this thriving business and they have helped Aisling continue to expand her growing range which is now available in Dunnes Stores nationwide.
An occupational therapist by profession Aisling knows how important it is for our physical and emotional well-being to be engaged in a purposeful activity. Baking has done just this for Aisling and her family, particularly her daughter who has autism. The bread is baked by Stapleton’s Bakery in Roscrea Co. Tipperary and there is a keen focus on ensuring that all the produce uses locally sourced Irish ingredients.

“Baking became our therapy as a family especially for our daughter who has autism. Making this bread and sharing it with our family & friends gave us a great purpose.”
